15 Minute Guarantee Details

Florida Hospital Waterman

InQuickER promises that you will be seen by a Physician or a Physician's Assistant within 15 minutes of the time that is committed to you (your "appointment time") if you provide all requested information when you hold your place in line online.

The requested information includes allergies, current medications, and other information relating to your current medical condition. If you have not completed the medical history, there may be a brief delay as the triage nurse obtains that information after your arrival.

Because InQuickER is associated with a Joint Commission accredited Emergency Department and acute care hospital, there may be times when life threatening or emergency needs of other patients will not allow us to see you within 15 minutes of the originally specified time. In that event, there will be no charge to you or your insurance company for hospital related services during your ER visit.

It's that simple: if you wait more than 15 minutes after the time committed to you, there is no hospital charge for your ER visit. That includes no charge for the ER visit, no charge for actual diagnostic services, and no charge for supplies. However, charges for the services of the ER physician will still apply, and there may be a charge for the professional services of a consulting physician that must interpret certain diagnostic tests or if one is called in for specialty care. Additionally, if your condition requires admission, there will be a charge for the inpatient or observation admission.
