How It Works

The average time spent waiting for treatment in an emergency room in a United States hospital is 3.2 hours. We know there are much better ways you could spend that time. Now, with InQuickER, you can eliminate the hours of waiting and get back to all the things you really care about. This is how it works:

1. Register in advance (optional)

Register now and be prepared for a medical emergency. When you register with InQuickER, you can enter your emergency medical details (medical conditions, allergies, medications, etc) into your InQuickER profile for later use. We'll save this information so it can be sent to the hospital when you use the InQuickER service to hold your place in line.

2. Hold your place in line

We'll show you the soonest possible time you can be seen for treatment in all the participating emergency rooms in your area. All you have to do is choose your preferred hospital, choose what time you want to be seen, and briefly describe your injury or illness, and the ER will be waiting for you to arrive.

(Note: If you do not register in advance, you will need to take a few extra minutes to fill out your medical conditions, allergies, medications, and other emergency medical details.)

3. Relax

Wait in the comfort of your home or office until your appointment time. It's really that simple. When you hold your place in line, we'll give you a printable appointment confirmation that includes driving directions. All you need to do is plan on arriving at the hospital at your appointment time. No wait time, no worries, no hassle. We're here to make your life easier.
